Feel the Beautify of the Music and the Movement

At our newly refreshed aerobics hall you can shape your body with modern gymnastics. We organize lessons for callanetics, Tae Bo body pump, aero Tae Bo. These sessions are led from our experienced instructors Didi and Miki. Both of them has a various certificates and can help you reach your goals and stay healthy and active.

If you like the music and the movement the dances are for you. Our new and modern discipline is called Pilates Basi (Body Arts and Science International). This discipline is led by Diana. She is our new colleague and she has an international experience by working in leading SPA saloons in South Africa. Тhe groups are small - between 5 and 10 individuals.

There is an option for individual lessons in our hall.

Our yoga sessions will help you to improve your resistance against stress. You can choose between a Standard or Hata yoga. The instructors there are Stoyan, Ivo and Kremena, all qualified аnd experienced professionals.
